Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by promptly and accurately handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of State Farm Insurance products, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers and address their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, actively promoting agency growth and revenue generation.
  • Assist customers in assessing their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims promptly and efficiently, ensuring revenue opportunities are maximized.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes to insurance products and services to effectively address customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and policy documentation to support sales and retention efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and exceptional service to drive customer loyalty and referral business.
  • Assist in prospecting and generating new leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and community involvement, with a focus on driving sales growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the agency to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency, with a focus on enhancing sales effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about competitive offerings and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and driving revenue growth.
