"Thank you Cesar Ramos and team! My original State Farm agent moved on and I was switched to Cesar's office a couple months ago. Their team was quick to contact me and checked in a couple times at the start to make sure the transition was smooth for me. I even received a courtesy call just to let me know my premium price dropped and they wanted to rejoice with me in that, when they could have just sent an email; it was so kind! I was pleased with the above and beyond service I was provided recently from Cesar and Bailey, one of the office representatives. Bailey was kind an patient with all of my many questions over the phone, and set me up with an in person appointment so they could better assist me! I could tell Cesar and his team truly care about their customers as individuals as they worked with me to help me get more discounts and printed me so many options for other services so I could take them home to review with my husband. The environment was friendly and welcoming without the tension and pressure that can often be found at an insurance firm. Cesar and Bailey even came out to my car with me to help me set up my drive safe and save device to make sure it worked for e before I drove away. I believe my insurance needs are in good hands at this firm! Update: Celest at the front desk is so knowledgeable and went above and beyond her role to help me with a difficult request. Update: I've been having ongoing issues with my Drive Safe and Save discount getting dropped off. Nicholas helped me over the phone and got my information to the right sources. He was compassionate aboyt my situation and did his best to help remedy it."

"I was interested in obtaining a quote from State Farm to compare against my existing insurance policy. Dale helped me with the quote. He was very professional and spent considerable time explaining the policy coverage for auto and home in clear language. He also answered every question thoroughly and asked if he could assist with any further information. In the end, I decided to change to State Farm because the premium was less than my existing policy, and the experience with Dale was very pleasant without any pressure or strong salesmanship. So yes, I would recommend Dale to friends and family for any insurance needs. Update Dec 2025: I called to ask for clarification on my homeowner's policy that dealt with Replacement Cost vs Actual Cash Value coverage. Tricia was great because she explained the differences to me very clearly then followed up with additional information by email that further improved my understanding between the two types of coverage. She also made recommendations like taking photos of my possessions to aid in any potential claims process. This was an excellent idea. So, I have to say that every time I call this insurance agency I always get excellent service and helpful information. I've had this agency for a few years now and it's been working out very well, no need to change. I highly recommend it. Both Dale and Tricia have been outstanding."
