"Hi there i initially stopped into this office for assistance with uploading documents into the state farm claims portal. I was hit by a state farm insured.

I met Martell Naranjo a customer service retention specialist. He assisted my with uploading 402 pages of Dr's chart notes for my adjuster to review.

While we were doing this Martell asked me if he could give me a quote on insurance. I said yes, my renewal for Allstate insurance is coming up. I promised him I would return after completing my settlement with State Farm.

A week later I called him and received a quote for auto/Home owner's and an umbrella policy. Martell was very professional, cordial and asked great questions to insure my quote was accurate for my needs.

I'm happy and grateful to say, I left Allstate insurance after being a loyal insured since 2020. Martell received assistance from a couple of knowledgeable team members Stephanie and Nicholas.

Martell and his team members were patient with me and they delivered 3 policies to me this evening.

I must say switching over to State Farm Insurance is a benefit to my finances because, I'm saving a difference of $2,589.00 on my homeowners policy.

In addition he gave me a few more quotes for life insurance and a pap policy. I will return to purchase a 4th policy (pap) with him next week.

That's a huge savings he delivered to me, coupled with professionalism, patience and efficiency.
